1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zevis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Zevis provides web data extraction, cleaning, and conversion services on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per second of service usage as specified in our pricing.

3. Credit System

  • Credits are consumed at rates specified per service type
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable
  • Credits never expire — all credits are permanent
  • Minimum spend of 60 seconds applies per job

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zevis only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: illegal data collection, scraping personal information without consent, bypassing security measures, and any activity that may harm our infrastructure.

5. Data Handling

Zevis operates on a zero-persistence model. All data processed is held temporarily in RAM and automatically deleted after transfer to the user. We do not store scraping results on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zevis is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
